Alsa Bus 245 (Granada - Airport) connects Federico García Lorca Airport to various parts of Granada’s city center.
The bus station is located right outside the airport. You can easily spot the bus; it has a “Granada-Airport” sign on its window.
The bus has 11 stops which cover very central places such as Granada Bus Station, Gran Via de Colon - Catedral and terminates its route at Palacio de Congress.
The buses operate from 6:00 AM to 11:30 PM and depart after each arrival flight (approximately every 2 hours) from outside of the arrivals terminal.
The journey to last stop, Palacio de Congress, takes around 45 minutes and the €2.90 tickets can be purchased directly from the driver or from Alsa’s website.
Keep in mind that Alsa frequently changes the schedules, be sure to check the timetable as you get your ticket online.
The bus stops are located near most hotels, bed & breakfasts and guesthouses but if you are heading right to the historical center, you should get off at Gran Via de Colon - Catedral stop.
There is no train or metro connection available at Granada Federico García Lorca Airport.
GRX Airport is located 15 km away from Granada center.
The taxi ranks are located right outside of the arrival terminal, next to the bus stops. You can simply get your ride from those taxi ranks.
A typical taxi trip to Granada takes around 25 minutes and the cost is around €25-30.
Keep in mind that the price goes up to €30-35 from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM, at weekends and holidays.
The taxis operate also other touristic areas such as Albavzín, Alhambra and Sierra Nevada.
The approximate fares are: €30 for Albavzín and Alhambra and €80 for Sierra Nevada.
