There are two bus routes connect Doha Hamad Airport to various parts of Doha city. The bus stations are located right outside of passenger terminal, simply follow Bus Pavilion signs.
❯ Route 747 (HIA – Souq Waqif - Al Ghanim Bus Station)
This is the best bus option to get to city center. The bus stops at the major stops and the last stop is Al Ghanim Bus Station located right in the city center.
The service operates every 20 minutes from 4:05 AM to 11:35 PM. The journey takes around 25 minutes and costs QAR 3.
❯ Route 109 (Al Ghanim Bus Station - HIA – Barwa Village – Al Wakra – Mesaieed)
Route 109 has more stops and runs through many parts of city from Al Ghanim Bus Station to Mesaieed Industrial Area and the airport is between these two stops.
The service operates every 30 minutes from 4:04 AM to 11:04 PM. The journey to Al Ghanim Bus Station costs around QAR 3.

The buses are clean, well maintained and have luggage space.
Doha Hamad International Airport does not have any metro/train connection.
The taxi stands are located at the left side of the arrival terminal exit. You can get vans or sedans depending on your luggage requirements. All taxis are metered and they have a starting fee of QAR 25 from Hamad International Airport.
A taxi trip from Doha Hamad Airport to Doha city center takes around 10 minutes and it costs approximately QAR 32-40.
Keep local currency with you to pay the taxi fee as the drivers accept only the local currency. Be sure to take taxis only from the taxi pavilion as they are the only authorized taxis.
